Muriel's Grapefruit Marmalade

Casa Castellon will be selling its new grapefruit marmalade at Jimmy's Farm from Saturday 3 April 2010. This marmalade was inspired by Muriel Stockdale-Smith, Tony's grandmother. Muriel was a landscape architect, keen gardener and prolific maker of homemade jams. Muriel used to indulge her grandson (Tony Poynton) in the 70's with this aromatic and tasty marmalade every time he visited her in Chelmsford.

Tony is very happy to introduce this tangy addition to the Casa Castellon range and would like to dedicate it to the memory of his grandmother. He says that every time he tastes it it transports him back to his childhood and memories of his grandma.
